In 2015 she joined the production department in Real Madrid and later worked at Mediaset, coordinating the GOL and Bein Sports delegations. In 2020 she became Head of Sports Productions at TBS. She is the Director of Operations at WAKAI MEDIA.

In 2023, Eugenia earned her FIFA Agent qualification, strengthening her commitment to representing and developing athletes. Her expertise in commercial law brings valuable support to Wakai, offering footballers solid and personalised representation based on trust, transparency, and careful attention to their interests both on and off the field.

Has worked in documentary series such as Real Madrid: Until the End (Apple TV+), Life’s Twists and Turns (M+), Simeone: Living Match by Match (Prime Video) and Road to Pyeongchang (Eurosport). Has also been Branded Content Coordinator for TBS and canal Movistar F1, and has made television programmes such as Brain Games (TVE) Total Running (DMAX) and World Padel Tour (TVE).     

Graduated in Journalism and Audiovisual Communication, as well as holding a Master’s degree in Sports Journalism, she has been responsible for digital communication, social media, project development, and content creation at Wakai since 2023. She turned her passion for sports into her profession and, over the past eight years, has grown professionally in the communication sector through her experience as a journalist at Movistar+, Mirada 21 TV, Cadena SER, and COPE.

As Business Administration graduate from IE University, he joined Wakai in 2024, bringing a diverse background in sports, analytics, and business development. Ibai has gained significant experience in key roles within the sports industry, including contributions to the sporting departments of clubs such as Leeds United, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and Granada CF. Additionally, he has worked in athlete representation with Gestifute in Portugal and strengthend his skills in sports data analysis during his time at Driblab.

With an official FIFA license, Víctor has a solid career as a sports agent, combining experience in both professional and academy football to help his clients grow and develop. With 16 years of experience in public management and economic development, he brings a strategic approach that focuses on both athletic progress and professional growth for players aiming for the highest level. In 2024, he joined Wakai to lead the development of players with potential for professional football, following his success at Quality Sport Management & Consulting as a scout and specialist in talent identification and development.

Professional footballer with a distinguished career that includes Rayo Vallecano, CD Tacón, Real Madrid (where she was captain), Servette FC in Switzerland, and currently Valencia CF. She holds a degree in Food Science and Technology and has specialised training in Sports Nutrition, including a Master’s in Clinical and Sports Nutrition, the IOC Diploma in Sports Nutrition, and ISAK Level 1 certification. Her dual experience as an athlete and nutritionist enables her to understand and promote the importance of proper nutrition to optimise performance, enhance recovery, and prevent injuries.
